TRICKROLL Privacy Policy
In short: TrickRoll doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything you do in the app stays on your phone.
Who we are
TrickRoll is an iPhone app made by CSuite Code ("we"). This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information we collect
None. TrickRoll has no servers and sends nothing to us or to any third party. We don't use analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking tools.
Information stored on your device
Your settings, levels, saved tricks, lists, game history and daily challenge progress are stored only on your iPhone. We can't see or access them. You can erase them at any time in Settings → Delete all local data, or by deleting the app. Because nothing is stored elsewhere, deleted data can't be recovered.
Nearby games
When you host or join a nearby game, TrickRoll connects directly to your friends' phones over your local network or Apple's peer-to-peer Wi-Fi. Only the nickname you choose and the game itself (tricks, scores, turns) are sent, encrypted, between the phones in the game. Nothing passes through the internet or reaches us. iOS asks for Local Network permission the first time you host or join.
Camera and photos
- Camera: used only while you scan a friend's game invitation QR code. No images are saved or sent.
- Photo library: TrickRoll only adds an image when you choose to save a challenge card. It never reads your photos.
Subscriptions
TrickRoll Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payment and manages your subscription; we never receive your payment details or Apple Account information. The app checks your subscription status with Apple on your device. Apple's handling of purchase information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Sharing
If you share a challenge card or link, you choose where it goes using the iOS share sheet. TrickRoll doesn't send it anywhere on its own.
Children
TrickRoll doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. If TrickRoll ever starts collecting any data, we'll say so here and in the App Store before it happens.
